Eaglemount Red: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah blend. Dark cherry and plum balanced with just enough acidity. Perfect dinner wine. Aged in French, American and Hungarian oak.
	Merlot: Smooth with rich red fruit flavors and balanced oak.
	Osprey: A Bordeaux style Merlot blend with Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. A Reserve wine.
	Raptor: A Bordeaux style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. Dark fruit, chocolate with an anise finish. Very rich and velvety smooth. Aged in a combination of French, American, and Hungarian oak.
	Riesling: A lush Riesling with hints of pear, peach, and honeysuckle with an apple finish. A little sweet but an excellent accompaniment to light meals or by itself.
	Rose': 80% Riesling and 20% Merlot. The merlot tames the lushness of the Riesling and the result is a balanced and flavorful ruby red wine.
	Shiraz: Made from the Syrah grape in the Australian tradition. Fruit forward and spicy.
