Homestead Cider is made from heirloom variety apples grown in our homestead orchard and other old orchards and from our new cider apple orchard. Available in dry, semi-sweet, and sweet. Cyser is a hard cider fermented and sweetened with honey. Semi-sweet Ginger Cider made from the same hard cider as Homestead Cider but with organic ginger flavor. 8% alcohol Perry Cider Crafted from organically grown pears. Semi-sweet, slightly carbonated. Ciders are 8% alcohol and lightly carbonated.
